Are Your Products All-Natural?
Of course. We only use all-natural, adaptogenic, ingredients like real fruits, ethically sourced herbs, and the world’s finest botanicals. Our products do not contain: GMOs, gluten, dairy, wheat, soy, yeast, alcohol, lactose, or milk.
When should I drink this?
Drink everyday (night or day) or as needed to help chill out and be the best version of yourself.

Are Your Products Really Non-Alcoholic?
Absolutely! Although our flavors are inspired by craft cocktails, all our products are non-alcoholic and do not contain any ABV (alcohol by volume).
Adaptogens are a natural ally in dealing with persistent stress and fatigue because they work within our bodies to regulate important functions and help us adapt to stressors.
How Will Your Products Make Me Feel?
Our products are designed to be non-inoxicating. You can think of them as “better-for-you” alternatives made from all-natural plant-based adaptogens. People who regularly consume adaptogens often have similar experiences to those who meditate. However, everyone is different and results can be anecdotal.
Do They Need to Be Refrigerated?
Our “cocktails” are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration; however, we recommend enjoying chilled or on the rocks for a superior experience.

“Standard Delivery” (2–4 business days)

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
Standard Shipping orders typically take 1-10 business days depending on your location and are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday and on weekends will be processed the following Monday. In addition, we also offer 1-day and 2-day express shipping. Please see Shipping Policy for details.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We do, however, ship our products to most states in the USA.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
Can I Ship to a PO Box?
Orders that are under $200 may be delivered to a PO Box. For orders over $200, we require a signature for delivery, so a physical address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package is required.

Is Buying Online Secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe transmission of your personal information. That information is further encrypted & stored with our credit card processor.

Do I Have to Order by the Case?
Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles. 6-packs ensure the best possible shipping cost and fastest possible delivery time.
What Is VIP Club Membership?
VIP Club Members unlock $45/case pricing with a recurring monthly order of at least 1 case. There is absolutely no cost to join and we’ll contact you a few days before each order ships so you can update your shipping information or product selection as needed. Of course, you can pause shipments at any time. If you need to cancel before the second shipment, the difference in case price will be charged to your card on file ($20/case).

How Can I Make a Change to an Order I Just Placed Online?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order or change the shipping method. We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order has been placed we will send out an order confirmation email, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. We have found that often USPS does not scan packages at the point of origin so the online tracking sometimes shows “not shipped” even if the package was shipped. If you have any concerns about your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm date of shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?
Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.
If you received a product from Proposition Cocktail Co. that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
- Email your return to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Email subject should reflect your order number (i.e. Order 420)
- In the email, you must include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can see what is wrong with it
- Please describe the reason for your return
Once we receive your email return, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.
Proposition Cocktail Co. will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective or damaged product. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
